The procedure for the complaint as follows:
The complaint must contain the following information:
Once we have received your claim, if the covered component proves to be defective in material or craftsmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or the item will be replaced free of repair charges. You will be notified via email from us, and your item will be sent out via post. We aim to process your claim within the week of receiving it.
- The decision, as well as the assessment of the case by our company and all information on the return, will be sent to the distributor/importer. The decision takes effect immediately.
Reimbursement of damaged products is only possible if all the above conditions are met.
The warranty doesn’t cover if:
The product has not been properly installed (water, oil separators, condensate must be replaced before installation in the air system, the chambers must be sealed) or not stored properly (outdoors, in a damp or heavily dusty room, in an open form without boxes, without protective labels on the product). Warranty does not cover natural wear, effects of wear, chemical damage (use of unsuitable or poor quality liquids), as well as any interference by third parties.
Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Our team will email you an exchange form to complete and send in with your package.
Please note we do not reimburse shipping costs.
We offer DPD classic, UPS, and DHL International Express service on all European orders.
Yes, you can pick up your order at our workshop if you live locally. You just need to select the local pickup option at checkout.
For all orders outside of Europe, we offer DHL International Express service and UPS carriers. Please note that all international addresses must be entered in English.
We strive to process all orders within 1 - 2 days of ordering from our Tallinn store using the delivery service. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 09-17 Monday to Friday.
Please note if you order on the weekend, your order will be shipped the following business day.
In all cases, you must return the damaged goods to Truck Center International company to Harju maakond, Rae vald, Peetri alevik, Sinilille tee 6/1, 75312 Estonia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
